At More House we continually
assess what we are doing, and make improvements to the service we offer all our
students. As part of this process our development programme, which has now been
running for 14 years, has enabled the school to improve the fabric of the school, to ensure that
learning takes place in the best possible environment.
In recent years we have
built our Sixth Form block, The Simkins Centre for Performing Arts, and
refurbished four laboratories. There is a modern Sports Hall, interesting
classrooms, and good facilities for Technology.
This year, 2007, we are
putting up a large building for our
Music
School, which will also
house the Photography Studios and our Library.
Recognising the need to build
confidence, we have built a large Outdoor Pursuits Complex and we
expect to continue with our tradition of putting up a new building every year to
match the continued need to offer the best facilities to our students.
